DUCK's Wing Problem

Hi everyone! I have some question about my duck's wing and hopefully someone has an answer for me. So I saw a pointed thing on my duck's wing as you can see in the picture. I think it's hurt because he yells out loud and jump out when other ducks touch that thing. I also saw some redness that I think it's blood on that too. This just happens recently and I don't know why or exactly when he had that. Does anybody know what happen and is it dangerous my duck? Thank you so much!

That is a pin feather. They are uncomfortable but completely normal. There's blood in it while the new feathers grow. Nothing to worry about.

I agree, pin feather. It does look like its pointing upwards, so I would continue to monitor her feather growth in case she has some angel wing going on.
