Ducks with leg problems!

I have a cousin that works with wildlife who said domestic mallard, so you’re probably right. How old will they be when they start to show their true colors? Idk how old they are for sure. He speculated 6-8 weeks, and that was ~2 weeks before we got them. And that’s been probably a month ago that we got them. So he speculated 6-8 weeks ~6 weeks ago. Give or take, obviously! Someone else on here said they looked more like 6 weeks at the time We got them.

They look larger than a Mallard but not having a Mallard or another breed there to compare size hard to say.

You'll have to talk to Rouen people about colors sorry I can't help there.

Maybe I’ll take a photo next time they hang with my chickens for size comparison. I do have very loved, very healthy chickens though! Hahaha!

Me too. She said there were no fractures.....not the best, because fractures can heal. She said it was a congenetical thing, or something like that. I really hope she can be healed.

Possibly a niacin def? You do have her on at least 125-150mgs of niacin daily?
