Ducks won’t sit

I have four white Peking’s. A mallard matted pair, and three that look similar to mallards but are not they have beautiful purple and blue bright feathers in the middle of wings. However, none of them will sit on eggs. They lay a lot of them, move them around, tuck them in the hay, but none ever are sitting?

Only one of my female ducks has ever shown the slightest interest in sitting on eggs. But mine are Indian runners, and I've read that many of them don't ever go broody. Wish I could be more help, but I'm sure someone else will have a good answer.
