It all depends on what day you're on. How does the egg smell? If it smells terrible, it's bad.

Hi my ducks egg is black in the outside of the egg and i put all the eggs in the incubator and and when I candle the eggs u just see black and a little clear what does it mean

It's not uncommon for duck eggs to be that color at 24 days. If it doesn't smell I'd like it keep going. What humidity do you have the bator set to? You really should have more air cell at day 24.
