i am wanting to get 3 cayuga ducks or 2 pekins are they messy

Oh heck yes, they are a great big mess!! And so worth it!

I recently got two one day old pekins. They are messy but I found that paper towels in the bottom of the brooder helps and to put something under the waterer to catch the water that they splash out.

Ducks muck up everything around them - they do keep themselves fastidiously clean when they have water to bathe in though.
