I actually think that may be a cockerel. Could you get a close up on the saddle and tail feathers? It may still be a pullet but I have ever had a female have that big of combs and wattles at that age.

My bo cockeral is the exact same age and he looks similar to yours.
Mine has been crowing for a few weeks now.
