I figured they'd probably taste the same but if I remember right the white ones seemed to have thinner shells but maybe that's a product of the particular farm or their diet as well and factory farmed eggs in general, brown or white, seem to have thinner shells than my chickens eggs.
Also how do they get the eggs all so uniformly colored!? Even my brown egg laying chickens all lay a different colored egg. The same breeds may lay a similar shade of brown but it's still slightly different than their sisters and/or a different shape, etc., and also vastly different than another breeds. Yet store eggs are so uniform
