Being a working single mother, my children grew up with a lot of Micky D and other convenience foods due to time, energy and city living.
Now that I am retired, I have turned my backyard into a little country plot of garden squares, fruit trees and chickens.
When I offered my youngest son if he wanted fresh eggs he said "No! I want real eggs. I will get mine at the grocery store."
Sigh . . .
