Speaking of signs, I have a framed plaque in the kitchen that says: "No husband was ever shot while doing dishes"

That is odd. Guess it depends on the customer service person you get. Maybe their pullets are not ready yet? I have ordered from McMurray several times and had great service.

Almost any phone personnel for any business are the cheapest, not best, people the company could find. They nearly always operate with a mental flowchart in which the first question they ask themselves is, "How can I make this call 'Not My Problem?'"
