Dumbest Things People Have Said About Your Chickens/Eggs/Meat

I tried this tonight with eggs that have been on the counter and were gathered maybe 4 days ago. Yep! Just like she said, the peels slipped right off!
Exactly how did you do this? In a pot with the eggs raised in a basket? I don't have a steamer, so trying to figure out how to make this work!

I love to eat meat. Lots of it! But I remember one time I was halfway through a meal when I thought about beef coming from a cow. I couldn't finish eating. I was so grossed out. What's even funnier is that I couldn't even eat the veggies on my plate. Just too grossed out.

Luckily the feeling didn't last long. I rejoined the carivorous world the next day.
You eat poor, innocent vegtabales? People say about killing and slaughtering animals, BUT they will slice and dice, poor, innocent, and still live carrots, freshly ripped from the ground, corn is just seeds, tiny, innocent babies!!!

Oh that's hilarious!! I used to have a tape from a British folk group who sang a song, "Don't slay that potato!" It was great!!

Let us be merciful please, don't boil it or fry it, don't even freeze dry it, don't slice it or flake it, for god's sake don't bake it. Don't shed the poor blood of that poor helpless spud! It's the worst kind of thing you could do! Oh no! Don't slay that potato what never done nothing to you!

I used my pasta pot that has the steamer basket on top. You know like this kind. This is what I use to steam all my veggies too.

You could use one of those collapsible steamer baskets that you just set in a saucepan. I think they are about $1 at walmart.

I did exactly as chickadee said, steamed for 15 minutes, ran under cool water for a couple minutes, let them cool on the counter then peeled. I will be enjoying them for lunch today. I will let you know how they are.

I am so glad it worked for you too! I will never boil my eggs again!
