I am from Upstate NY!! i agree we get a bad rap.. because everytime I tell someone i an from NY.. they dont think of the rolling hills and farms...they think of the city..I am from the south and after 25 years of driving a truck EVERY WHERE in this great country of ours the nicest people I have met are up in maine vermont and upstate new york. And lets be fair if I had to deal with big city traffic everyday twice a day and live ten feet from my neighbor, I would be on the evening news f or about a month. Lol

I was at a store the other day and a lady was asking my 3yr old about his "chillin with my peeps" shirt and he was telling her about his chickens, she looked at me and said "isn't it so cool to get a fresh soft egg?" I looked at her puzzled and told her our chickens lay normal hard eggs... She looks me and goes "ummm, no, all chickens lay soft eggs, they get harder the longer they sit..." And then I proceeded to stare confused, and then![]()
Hahahaha!!! Warm when laid? Yes. Soft when laid? Eh, not so much.
