I agree! How could you go through your entire life and be nearing the age of retirement and not realize that a chicken is a bird?? If you really want to be blown away, ask people where pickles come from. The amount of people that think pickles grow on bushes/trees is astounding.![]()

I'm going to have to check that out. My husband keeps saying that our little OEGB girl should be a house chicken lol. She always comes running to be held and cuddled when you own the coop door. But then again, being in the land of Giants id run too! We only have 2 bantams and 15 LF. The other bantam is a OEGB roo who is always strutting and crowing and dominating everyone. Little Cookie is always just getting stepped on and dodging all the big feet around her.
yeah i worry about the two bantams i have. all the layers are tiny chicks now but in two months they will tower over the bantams i hope every thing will be ok![]()
