It's 78 calories for one large boiled egg. 90 for a large fried egg.

Eggs really are one of the best protein sources. Low calories and our bodies can use the protein easily. All that nutrition in the yolk as well.

I found these numbers
Hard boiled 155 calories 187mg cholesterol 62mg sodium
Big Mac 530 calories 85mg cholesterol
960mg sodium
1500mg salt is the recommended amount....
And eggs are high in HDL cholesterol, the good one that actually removes the LDL or bad cholesterol from your arteries...
Some one tape that to a fruit salad lol...
Because that would make about as much sense to me as that sign

Let's not forget the CLAs and Omega 3s in eggs.

Yes but was this an egg from a pastured chickens or cage/commercial?

reduce that 187mg by 34% and you get? 63.58?

I've gotten tired of arguing with people. They're minds made up and that's that!!

I had an idea 25 years ago about selling dehydrated water, you just needed to add water, I think I may try that someday soon.....

I messed up the calories it's way off... That's for 100 grams of egg....
Should be 78 calories ( 1 lg egg about 50 grams ) the rest of the egg info is for I lg hard-boiled egg. Probably a commercial egg as it was just a calorie calculator.

When they start adding the label "Nutrition Free" to some of these products, then we'll have honesty in advertising. On some, it would certainly be appropriate!

This product particularly boggled my mind (and grossed me out at the same time)
