Dumbest Things People Have Said About Your Chickens/Eggs/Meat

I have had a couple of people say is there baby chicks inside the eggs.
Pertaining to the broilers, my DIL was telling people that she would never eat any of our broilers as they stay in their own poop and it contaminates them, goes up inside of them and they have diseases. Come on now, dirt floor, 4" plus of bedding, Sweet PDZ stirred in once a week, doesn't smell at all. Give me a break.

It goes up inside of them? Where does she think it comes from originally? XD It was already in there once.

I wonder what she thinks about the fact that there are tiny little urine and poop particles floating around everywhere. Maybe humans have evolved a resistance to sucking back up poop particles.

I posted a picture of my first egg on facebook, and my 45 year old brother asked me why I let the rooster in the hen house? my 12 year old niece, who lives in manhatten responded, you don't need a rooster to get the eggs silly, just chicks!

You are so right on this one 7 Biddies. Told my son, I would give him some but his wife was saying all that stuff and she wouldn't eat them anyway.

I don't have any reply to what she is saying. May have a lot to say if she says it to me directly and not behind my back. It is silly and she can pay big time $ a pound for scrawny chemical filled chickens from the store instead of getting free organic ones from family. Shouldn't say it but all of these people that make fun of us for doing what we do will just have to pay the price at the stores. I fear it is going to get worse for them and then we all may have to protect our livestock from people in the future. Just my thoughts on these uninformed people.

yeah, I just finished with the slaughter of our freedom rangers, and they sell like hotcakes. Grilled, BBQ, Stewed, fried and all others. People love them!!!

Although, some lady spit it out when i told her, "All these come from my own self sustaining flock." Silly people, you will soon end up dead before you turn 50 with all those chemicals you consume!

yeah, the chemicals and preservatives will keep them looking just like the day they died... dig em up 30 years later and they'll look the same...
