Dust bin or psuedo coop?

I took out the heat plate. They are 4 weeks old, and had been ignoring the plate for several days. Plus, its hot in my house with 90 degree days on only window AC.

The question is do I replace that with a dust bin or a pseudo coop? By pseudo coop I am thinking of a cardboard shade structure to function like a coop/bed.

I have noticed a few of them rolling in the bedding but they also huddled in a corner to sleep. They piled in the bin when I was testing the size.

This is my brooder set up. I am sending the DNA tests on Monday, so I will be down to four or less in about 10 days.

Pretty soon they will probably want to sleep on that perch. You could do either one. If you put the coop type thing in there bare in mind that in a couple weeks they will be jumping on top of it and pooping and trying to fly lol
