Dusty Pellet Feed

I have a question about feed in pellet form. It does not matter what brand, nor where I buy, it has too much powder. This holds true for pelletized feed for any animal. Is there a way around this problem?
I know the feed industry advertises pellet feed as a complete ration, but ...
If it is complete, it is definitely the least expensive way to get a complete ration other than free range.

I've had this happen before, and I usually return the feed for a refund, then switch to a different brand made by a different mill until the faulty mill fixes the problem. To use what you have, I guess you could make a mash out of it.
