Here is Dutch, the son of Hawkeye and Lexie, with the some of the gang in the nursery today. Dutch is full of attitude and defends his girls already...every time I want to pick one up, he runs over and bites my finger. We have some work to do because what is cutesy at 8 weeks old is completely unacceptable at 20 weeks old. He's a cutie, though, and full of personality.

they are gorgeous! what is the white girl in the third picture? i have a bantam that looks just like her. even down to the color of her legs. i can't wait until my standards grow up!

She is a standard size Splash Ameraucana out of Cree Lines. I call her Snow Angel. She is a precious little slip of a girl, same age as the others, but you can see how petite she is, comparatively.

Yes, that's my tiny Nugget! Isn't she sweet? Fluffiest chick I've ever had.

I love her, too! That's my little Snow Angel. At least I can have a splash Ameraucana pullet even if I can't hatch a splash Orp pullet to save my life, LOL.

I have 3 splash chicks in the brooder. I hope at least 1 is a pullet!

I didn't think I'd want any barred chickens, but after seeing yours and some others barred babies... I realize how beautiful they are!
