Dutch Hookbills - coloration traits

I got some of these ducks from Holderreads about 1 month ago. We love the Dusky-Bibbed coloration. The question is this: Is the the bibbed coloration passed down from the male, the female, or both? The reason I ask is because I think I have 1 male bibbed and at least 1-2 solid dusky male ducklings. So when I re-home the extra males it would be nice to know which one/ones to keep.
