I have had my birds for less than a year, most are just now starting to lay, wide variety, but over the last few months i have been losing a bird a week, a few days go by and another one takes ill, I separate from flock and within 48 hours they are dead as well. i can tell immediately because they are standoffish from the other birds, slow, wont leave coop without coaxing, basically lethargic, eat and drink fine, but eventually can't stand and die within the 48 hour time line. No Vets around here handle or advise about poultry. I hate to cull all my birds but I am thinking they are all going to die eventually. I currently have 2 quarantined, the 3rd passed this morning.

I'm so sorry you're going through this and it could be so many different things. Good avian vets with poultry experience are as rare as hens teeth but each state has a poultry vet.
When I hear this, I have to ask about housing and ventilation. Describe your setup please.

Just by chance what are you feeding them and are you giving any kind of medicine in their feed or water ?

I would just for safety boil up some egg's and peal and mash and feed this to them but never raw as they will acquire a taste for egg's and then you wont ever get any again ...

What are you feeding them? do they free range? is it possible that they are foraging on something poisonous? What do their droppings look like?

Any discharge from eyes/nostrils,any sneezing/coughing,respiratory issues? If no to these symptoms, but birds are lethargic/fluffed feathers,runny/watery poop(may or may not contain blood, depends on which strain it is)then look at Coccidiosis as a possible cause.

Cocci is a parasitic infection of the intestinal tract and is spread by droppings which get into feed/water via droppings, but is also spread by wild birds/bringing new birds into flock/you own hands/shoes/clothes/feed utensils/etc. Cocci can kill very fast, but is easily controlled using a coccidiostat.

Purchase Corid(amprolium),dose for Corid 9.6% liquid is 2 tsp per gallon of water, dose for Corid 20% powder is 1-1.5 tsp per gallon of water. Treat ALL birds for 5 days,do not give vitamins during treatment as the can interfere with the ability of coccidiostat to work, give vitamins after treatment is complete. Make sure medicated water is the only source of drinking water.
