Dying chicken but what’s wrong

I’ve got a dying hen. She couldn’t roost last night, is moving a little but barely.
I’ve got some gross pics to share! There seems to be a bit going-on by her vent.

we were new chicken owners last year, bought her and two other grown hens at an auction. One died mysteriously one month in.
This one (Red) has never been a good layer, has yucky crooked toes and never lets us pick her up. She never even squatted!

Now we are raising chicks so I need to know what’s been up with her. I gave her an epsom and vinegar bath thinking she is egg bound. Don’t know if I should bother keeping that up since she’s def dying.

I’m not sure if I should send her off for a necropsy or just take the remaining healthy one to vet. Or try to save her somehow. I would take her to vet now but they aren’t open for 3 days.

Is that fluid buildup between her legs, under her vent? If so, I would euthanize her as it is ascites and a symptom of reproductive or organ failure. She is suffering.
You can try to drain it to relieve pressure but to me that's like putting a band-aid on a bullet hole.
