Dying duckling possible attack???

Hello and thank you in advance. Upon waking up this morning I have a duckling that was barely moving. He's holding on to life he's a fighter! He's approximately 3 weeks old. The store got him on March 30th. I have 3 other ducklings. They were all in a cage together and happy last night. This feelers head was wet, with red marks all over his neck. His one eye is swollen and he's blowing bubbles from his mouth. He was the smaller of the ducklings. I have him wrapped up in an old shirt and the kids are holding him. Any idea what has happened and if this feller will pull threw??

He looking better and moving more but is neck is floppy still?

And v his mouth is moving he's hitting the shirt now, not making any sound but acting like he's hungry or thirsty but neck is dangling... Here's trying to move it though
