dying hen!!! please help

my 8 year old rhode island red has been acting sick for the last couple of days. When i found her sick the first i realized that she was severly infested with poultry lice. i have been giving her Manna Pro Life-Lytes Mega Tabs Supplement and dusting her with PROZAP poultry and garden dust. She has been drinking but i havent seen her eating. so far i have offered her canned cat food, egg layer pellets, mealworms, sunflower seeds, bread, and dry cat and dog food. Any suggestions on how to take care of her. i think once all the lice and lice larva are completly off her she may have a chance, but im no chicken expert...

I'd be tempted to bathe her to remove any poultry dust - now that the lice have been killed - it may have a toxic effect on a severely debilitated hen. 8 years is a good life for a hen. Keep her warm and give her some electrolytes.
