Try a multi-vitamin supplement for over-50s. Pick the one with the lowest level of iron in it. Iron takes time to build up in the organs.

She is eating and drink
Using her own mouth she feels comfortable with all types of food
I gave a small amount of egg to her today and after every 20 minutes I give her water
She drinks alot of water
I dont think its necessary to give her tube feed her
Because she is eating fine
I realised that both of her feet are dead they dont even move
When I make her sit I put her feet underneath her so when a chicken
Sits down she usally would sit as if he body is on top of her feet
I put things around her to stop her from falling

I been to shops like pets at home and other regular shops like
Wilko adsa sainsbury

Try Boots, Superdrug, or Holland & Barrett. Ask one of the staff there for iron-free or low-iron supplements.

Wilkos, Sainsburys, and Asda all list the Centrum 50+ vitamins, but perhaps none of those stores in your area are big enough to carry them.
