It is possible she has had an egg issue. I am not sure how to clean it out but if it is an egg issue and you dont get her cleaned out she will die.

Hey I thought she wont survive in the morning
She did tho my hen been inside for 5 days
But its been now 7 days becuase she gotten more serious
I have looked for polyvisol and I can only find it online
I have also looked for horse wormer paste and I dont seem to find a shop
That sells horse stuff

Where do you buy your chicken feed? Maybe they have working supplies there??

You mentioned she isn't using one foot. Have you checked her foot underneath to make sure it's not an infection/bumble foot? If it's red or hot to the touch that would mean a nasty infection which untreated would make her very sick.

She is on the verge of dying which means there isn't time to guess what could be wrong. Is there a chicken knowledgeable veterinarian that you can take her to?
