dying my Cockatiels

Why dye them if you can just put a black light on them for pictures?

I'd also pass on dying the birds.
Normal colors...after getting into his colored toys not yet dry.

My little guy spent a good amount of time chewing on the feathers and the foot with dye on them... so I would never purposely dye his whole body. I'd also not put kool-aid in bath water, because that stuff stings when you get it into a cut, so I'd imagine it would burn if you got it in your eyes.

Thanks. Birds can see into the UV spectrum, so I'd think most parakeets/tiels/coloful birds otherwise can see and identify each other based on a wider spectrum of colors we can discern from regular light.
