I'm guessing your formula needs to be entered into a cell on the worksheet that actually contains the information and not a different tab correct?

The information we're pulling for this list is on a different sheet and I know that can make slight changes in a formula to pull the information from a different sheet but I don't know exactly what I need to change on yours but I guess what I'm going to do today?Well that's a lot easier
At least expand your columns so the names don't bleed over into other fields. lol

I don't know. I pulled that from Google. If the sort function added to your formal works, go with that
Once you get it, the next mission is to change the formula so that it sorts them Z to A!
