Eagle Catches Deer!!

This is what birds of prey do to large animals,they fly at a very high speed near the ground,grab the animals rump with there talons keep on flying and it flips them over.When there down they come back quickly and ethier bite the nech or sink there talons into it.That deer right there is a dead one...Eagles can kill coyotes and foxes too using the same method.

My mother and grandparents were Tennessee Cherokee and they told me that eagles could and would carry away infants. My high school science teacher pooh-poohed the story and said an eagle simply wasn't strong enough to carry an 8 lb. baby. I believed the teacher. I wish I could tell Mom & Mammy they were right about one more thing.

A bald eagle caught a fawn, but dropped it on a power line, causing a power failure. Amazing.

OK, I found the first one on Youtube. The deer seemed a bit small. But, those birds are very large, I've seen them hunting up close.
