Sparrowtail flipped Hawk over with his powerful claws and slashed them along his belly, opening a gash from his chin to his tail.

Silverstream pinned Mist down on her belly and sank her teeth into her shoulder until her teeth scraped against bone.

Rowanclaw tripped Rust with one paw and sent him tumbling into the ground with a sharp bite to his tail.

Ravenclaw leaped on Jet's back, holding on like a leech while his hind claws shredded his back.


Thornclaw and Sunfur in the cave raced towards the kits while the cats were fighting outside. They each picked one up.

Hawkfeather swatted Phoenixwing's paws away from her and flipped herself onto the tom cat's back, raking his back with needle-sharp back claws and gripping him with her front paws.

Hawk grimaced in pain and used his back legs, kicking Sparrowtail in his belly, sending him back and knocking the wind out of him.

Mist yelped, kicking with her back legs and tearing a gash into Silverstream's belly with her back claws.

Rust grunted, but once he landed he rolled on the ground before Ravenclaw could counterattack and leapt into the air, diving onto his shoulders and biting onto his neck while he dug his claws into his shoulders.

The kits were pinned against the wall of the cave, shivering in fear.

Using his massive size he rolled, crushing Hawkfeather under his weight.
 
Snowpaw burst through the bushes and reeds surrounding the camp, panting heavily.

Icestar was sitting near the nursery, with Lionheart pacing nearby "Snowpaw!" She exclaimed "Whats wrong?"

"StormClan warriors," she panted "They attacked us on the border, Hawkfeather sent me to get help!"

"Ashstorm, Sandstreak and Foxpaw! Come with us." Icestar ordered "Snowpaw too, show us where!"

Phoenixwing yelped, getting back onto his feet and leaping into the air, throwing Hawkfeather to the ground.
