Mapleleaf lay on a branch in the sun warming herself. She closed her eyes finelly peace an quite she thought.

A pair of yellow eyes watched her, getting closer as the shape moved towards her. Finally, after stalking her for several paces, the cat sprang. Letting out a loud growl, it leapt from the branch and landed squarely on Mapleleaf's back, dragging her out of the tree. "Trespasser!" It growled.
