eany other 4-h members?

Hello i was thinking of joining the 4-h poultry club. The only thing is chickens are illegal where i live but some people told me that it is legal no matter what if you are in the 4-h club.Is this true?

yea that is what i thoght, i live in a neighborhood outside Reading. They are still illegal though i guess
