Ear infection?

My girl has been lethargic and I’ve been tube feeding her bc she hasn’t been eating or drinking. I was starting to think Mareks from a different post I had put up. I just noticed one of her ears looked crusted. I looked at her other one and it was just a hole but this one looked like this and this is what I was able to get out. Would an ear infection cause lethargy/wry neck/falling over? Does this even look like an infection?

Yes, an ear infection can cause those symptoms you're seeing. There are other infections that could possibly be an indirect cause of ear infections as well:
