ear mites

This is such an incredible helpful thread! I have a cockeral who's been spinning in circles since day one. (Not constantly, but 1-2 times a day he'd go into fits.) It used to be charming, but now at 4 months, he quickly became listless, shaking his head, craning his neck, and not walking well.

At first I suspected ear mites, but after reading Michael Apple's answer, it's pretty clear my little man has brain damage! I guess I'd rather have a dumb rooster than a mean one. Hopefully I can prevent further degeneration with some Rooster Booster vitamin supplements.
