I have a 5 week old Spitzhauben do his version of a crow (screechy and trill). He was trying to keep up with the two 10 week old roos who had it down by then. At 3 weeks he was trying to battle his clutch mates who were all pullets. They thought he'd lost his mind but would battle back for a second and then get away from him.

My rooster Moose started crowing at 4 DAYS old. And I've had an Ameraucana roo crow the DAY after he hatched.

Here, it was five DAYS old. Since then, there have been several crow in their first week of life.
