Earliest Day You've Had an Egg Hatch

I have had 80 degree weather lately and I'm in day 18 how much longer do you think that I will need:/

I went down to check on my chicken to see how she was doing with the eggs I seen she was off the eggs so I went to check on the eggs and one was cracked open I could see blood and it only had five more days until it made 21 days I didn't know what to do I didn't want to bury it because when you watched the egg carefully it was moving like it was breathing I didn't want to bury because you could see it was still alive the only thing I knew to do was stick it back underneath the hen so I did..did I do the right thing? im afraid she might peck at it but I didn't know what else to do.

Under the broody, Morning of day 18, out and dry.....

In the incubator....day 20

Got 8 sitting under a broody and 19 in the incubator 2 days apart ( she is on day 6)...interesting but I already know hers with hatch early... we've been pushing 95-100 degree's for the last several days

As I'm nearing my Saturday hatch day, I've begun to wonder quite a few things.  What's the earliest you've ever had an egg hatch (ex: Day 20)?

Day 14. Just happened this past Friday and it is doing great. It came out a small Jersey Giant egg - perhaps not enough room? ;]

Had an egg pip at day 16 yesterday and hatched this morning! It's going to be alone if the others wait til day 21.
