Earliest Day You've Had an Egg Hatch

I had 2 eggs bought from a farm shop hatch after 1 week of putting it under a broody. I phoned the farm to tell them what had happened and they said it was not possible. Well it was possible because that is what happened.

Hi, I have seramas in my incubator now and had one hatch at day 19. It was very exciting because it's my first hatch. It seems to be fine. We will see as the night progresses.

Hi, I've not hatched any qualies yet, am getting worried that i have done things wrong?
My tiny 7egg incubator has been kept at the same temperature, i turned eggs twice daily,kept the water level up and sprayed with lukewarm water to keep the moisture up but nothing is happening yet? I put the eggs in on the 30th of march, it's the 16 the of April now and nothing is happening? I thought the incubation time is 16-18 days, how long do i wait until discarding of the eggs?
I'm getting worried about poor babies, i know it sounds stupid to most of you as you're breeding for different purposes to me, but i am honestly really sad

This summer has been unusually hot with recent temps around 100 degrees and a little higher. I have had two separate hens hatch chicks at 14 days this year - fully formed, healthy chicks. I have raised chickens for over 20 years and never had this happen before. In these nests, I had a higher than normal rate of dead embryos. I can only attribute it to the very high temps. I never knew such a short incubation was possible.

Insane!!! I knew high temps would accelerate growth but had no idea it could happen so rapidly!
