Earloab problem

Hey everyone. I've been raising chickens for five months now, and I noticed that my rooster's earlobe is bleeding alot. Somehow he managed to slice part of it and the sliced part is hanging. Is there any way I can treat it?

I would just wait till it clots, or apply pressure, clean it with a little rubbing alcohol, and put some neosporin on it. it doesn't look too serious to me, but I would just keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get infected, or the other chickens start pecking it. Hope this helps!
