Earlobe color

Hey everyone, I need a little advice on one of my hen's earlobes. This afternoon I was holing my hen Sunflower, polish/red star, and I noticed that her earlobe color had slightly changed. Her earlobes had previously been a light blue/white with a few brown spots, however, today the brown sports had seed to form one large brown/black spot in the middle of her lobe. I have no idea wether this is normal or she is sick. She is about 24 weeks old and has been laying for about 3 weeks. Her overall apperence seems healthy, she squats when I approach her, but I read that that is normal and has to do with breeding. What I am trying to get at is, is her earlobe changing color normal, or should I be worried? Thanks for the help!
