Ok, most recent picture, I'm up to three paint, three white, three partridge, one blue, two buff, and five black silkies. A total of seventeen and counting, I have two maybe three pipped in the incubator still.

Well day 21 happened this afternoon and nothing. No more wiggling. No chirps. I am trying to be patient but it is so hard when I see all these fuzzies on here!!!!

I know that it will happen when it happens but I keep going through everything I've done- did I do this right? What about that? I'm driving myself crazy. Come on, chicks! Momma's ready!

It is amazing how much we miss what is going on as we look away. I'm sure with in the next 12 hours you will have babies bustin' out! Remember 21 days is just a guideline. Think like babies, they come on their own time!

Now considered I didn't really think through the fact that I couldn't see the numbers on some of the eggs when I laid them down for hatching, I have no idea which one it is - all I can see is a big letter 'C"

Put the numbers on both ends, especially the narrow end. Chicks hatch through the fat end, and we think to write the number there cause its facing us, but fact is, the narrow end stays intact...
