Early incorrect pip with some blood and a toe out? Lawd - Suggestions?

I’ve not opened the incubator as hatch day is tomorrow. This little one pipped at 3am this morning EDT (It’s 2:30PM same day) she definitely missed her air cell and is absorbing her yolk still because I can see her “eating” with her beak and she just done stuc a whole toe out. I know it’s WAY TO EARLY to do much of anything but I’m worried if her toe stays like that, even IF she makes it out, she’ll have all sorts of issues. Any suggestions appreciated. I have a second incubator already ready if I need to quickly relocate her before anyone else pips. In just at a loss on this one. Definitely a first for me. She’s quite boisterous and sounds ticked off more than anything. Everything I do is DIY so hand turning, IoT temp and humidity control etc. this is probably my 34th hatch? I’ve had plenty of odd situations before over the years but this one is new. My coworkers who have flocks bring me eggs to hatch, I do, love on the chicks for a week, and return them to their home. It’s a self-fulfilling hobby since I can’t have a flock of my own in a townhome. Some day!!

Humidity is 67 in there rn, and I believe she’s a Polish/leghorn mix. They do make for some adorable mop heads!

That is an odd place to pip, but for now let it be. Hopefully it will make progress soon. No need to make an air hole since it did that on its own.

Not 2 hours later she’s out. Literally egg#1 of 16. Deciding between naming her Uno or Drama Hoping she doesn’t go full David Beckham on her unhatched siblings while she has to wait for them to catch up.
