Early risers thread!

I read that tensing every muscle you can connect with as tightly as you could, before slowly releasing starting at your toes is supposed to put you to sleep fast, especiallyif you do it two or three times. It doesn't work with me, but I might just not be tensing enough muscles.
 
Any tips from the early risers here about how to fall asleep fast?

I heard it said that there is a technique for falling asleep in 2 minutes or less, but every '2 minute or less' person I know is already asleep 🙃
None here, sorry. It usually takes me an hour or more to fall asleep. My dad, on the other hand…he goes to bed and is snoring within five minutes. :rolleyes:
