Currently I generally am awake anytime from 5:30 but I do not budge from my bed until 6:30-7 unless absolutely necessary.
I physically cannot be a morning person though. If I get out of bed too early I feel sick.

I'm usually up between 5 and 6. I worked east coast support hours for many, many years, and not having to get up at 4 to get to work by 5 is nice.
