Look what your broody magic has done! It has awoken the giant chicken!

yup.. y'all are in for it.. he woke up the momma of all broodies.. now ALL your hens will go broody at the same time!

I was sitting on my sofa talking to a friend about the BJG roo I had given her when I felt the end that I was sitting on shake a little bit. I thought one of the cats was playing underneath there. But--one was on my lap and the other was eating. I said to my friend, "that was weird, it felt like one of the cats was playing underneath the sofa".
Then my MIL calls and tells me there was an earthquake!

Hope everyone's OK!

I'm working in Richmond and boy did we feel it! It must have gone on for at least 30 seconds, long enough to figure out what was going on. Such a weird experience... Our entire building shook. Everyone is OK thank goodness.

This is weird AND we have a hurricane coming this weekend!!!

Stay safe ya'll!

I don't know how to break this to you all, but people in Cal don't get out of bed for less than a 6.5... for a 5 pointer we look at each other, shurg and keep going about our day.

I was in side. I went out to check the animals and my peacock was screaming.
