Easiest way to feed meds to chicken

I have to give oral antibiotics and some pain meds to my wounded chicken. I tried squirting the meds into an egg yolk, but that didn't work as well as I had hoped. I don't think I can hold her and get the meds in myself, so I was thinking of hiding it in food. What's the tastiest treat I can do that with?

Does she like bread? Can you soak the meds up onto a piece of bread and then feed it to her?
