Easter egg chicks??????

I have seen pics of chicks that hatch in different colors. Blue, Green, Red, etc. Reason being is that the egg was injected with food coloring just before hatching as I was told. Has anyone ever heard of doing this ? I thought that it would be sort of different to do as long as it didn't hurt my chicks.

If you look through the last couple pages here you will find a subject on somebody doing this. Hope this works for you and they are still waiting on them to hatch but you can get up to date on it!!!
