Which is nice and cool after the 42C (108F) degrees about midday.
Which is about the time some nut (me) stopped playing Croquet out in the sun.

I hope you get a good soaking in that case. I bet most of the western part of the continent will be dry and at increased risk of wildfire now. Meanwhile it’s flooding they talking about here.

09:20hrs

-2C (28F), and clear skies. The forecast high is +5C (41F), hopefully the chooks can get out on Mount Poopmore again today. It’s about the only place they can go without snow.

Though I do have a few that follow the path the horses have to their hay feeder, it’s not a good idea for them to be out there, so I have to keep an eye on them, then chase them home.

Last night - still lots of snow.
