Easter egg silkies?

Some of us have Silkie X Ameraucanas who lay blue and light turquoise eggs. Jubaby is also working on developing a standard breed from two spontaneous mutations of pure Ameraucanas who have silkied feathers. Here's a pic of some of mine (ignore the white camera hog in front):

Silkie feathered Ameraucanas. But that isn't just crossing a silkie and an ameraucana, it's very complicated... And people still don't know much about it.

You can always cross them though, and get a blue or green egg laying "Silkie", but since the furry silkie feathers are recessive that they'll have normal, smooth feathers.

This is jubaby's thread on it: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=98335
