Easter Egger Acting Strange

This is very odd behavior, given all the information that you've posted. It is possible that she's had a large amount of horomones related to egg-laying since you've stated that she just started. I know that most pullets calm WAY down when they start laying.... maybe your girl is just doing everything in the extreme.

There's also the possibility of sort of chicken narcolepsy. And please forgive me, but I would find that to be hilarious in my chickens.

Is she getting into bad food or something? Could be cardiac, does her comb get a bluish tinge? No worms no lice, no mites right? The only thing I can say is that I lost an 10 week old cockerel a few months ago. He fell asleep all the time. When he wasn't sleeping, his eyes were closed. He squinted to find the water and food. I still don't know why. His room mate was fine.

You might want to crate her inside so you can watch her better.
