Easter Egger?? Age?

You think it is a ROO??? Really? What makes you think that? S/he ( Now, I'm worried) is supposed to be around 12 wks but could be older.. not sure.

From just that one picture, its comb looks like a pullet close to lay, but if it is only 12 weeks it might be a cockerel.

The comb just looks kinda red, but I don't really see anything else that screams roo.

Easter Eggers are a mixed breed. You can have any color legs, feathers etc. They also can lay pink, blue, green, or tan eggs.

Hard to say from your picture, can you get more that are close-ups of the face and tail areas?

Aphrodite is an EE. She just doesn't lay blue/green eggs. That was my only point. Can't always tell an EE by her eggs. Or her legs it seems.

looks like a leghorn/ee, the ones i have hatched out are white with black spots. hard to tell if its a boy or girl though, can you get a closer pic of the head?

I kind of want to say pullet. Its hard to tell on the white birds. Its outline is smooth, usually young cockerals look roughed up because of the pointy feathers. If it is a pullet, you should be getting eggs soon.
