Hi! We have two 9 month old EE pullets. They've both been laying green eggs (I've seen them in the egg boxes and we get two green eggs nearly every day). But today we got a blue and a green egg (see photo with RIR egg for reference). Do EEs consistently lay one color egg or does it vary day to day between blue and green? Thanks!

I personally don't know much about Easter Eggers. But my Sussex (light brown eggs) eggs vary in colour from pale to almost white eggs to brown (like the egg in your picture)
So could be similar with Easter eggers

Green eggs are a blue shell with a brown coating.
The coating can vary from day to day and lighten as the season goes along.

Thank you for your responses!

@aart : So good to know! Thanks. I've noticed egg shape varying from day to day (our Black Stars lay huge eggs that don't fit in the carton one day, then "normal" sized ones the next), but not color. Definitely not complaining... those blue eggs are beautiful.
