I have four Easter egger pullets

They were named by my six year old girls
LOL its funny one caught a butterfly and named it cardboard..so LOL I guess these names are ok...ill post their pics later

Timid but she makes a noise like a little monkey....real soft..oooow oooow ooow sound....its cute

Their faces have all gotten red except king and at least two squat when they see me....feathers follows me and watches me leave the barn

30 weeks...wow...mine are roughly 23/24 weeks ..they are not laying yet but expected soon...I was told to hold them with their head facing your back and to feel the three pubic bones...if they are close together it will be longer but if they are seperated it will be soon...yes you've gotta get kinda personal with them...also IV read that squatting is a sign of ready to mate behavior....
